I love avocados. And for good reason! They are healthy, delicious and easy to add to foods or to simply eat on their own. Avocados would definitely be my “survival island” food – if I had to pick only one food to eat if I was going to be stuck on an island, avocados would be it. So, naturally, when I came across this recipe for avocado fries I knew I had to make it!
They are beyond easy and incredibly tasty. This would also be a great recipe for kids because you have to dip the avocado slices into the mixtures and you’re hands get messy. You could eat them like a snack, put them on salads, put them in sandwiches… the possibilities are endless!

Ingredients:
2 ripe avocados
3/4 c. panko bread crumbs
1/4 c. nutritional yeast
salt and pepper (maybe a dash of cayenne if you’re feeling spicey)
1/2 c. unsweetened milk (I use almond)
3 tbsp flour
